Beth has over 30 years of experience in reproductive health and specializes as a nurse midwife and surgical first assistant.
Beth has worked in Women’s Healthcare since graduating from George Mason University with a degree in Nursing. She worked in labor and delivery until she returned to school to study surgery to become a certified surgical first assistant. For over 30 years Beth worked at Fairfax OB/GYN as their first assistant – working with patients having caesarian sections, GYN surgeries and births. She also teaches childbirth education and gives seminars to educate student midwives on cesarean delivery.
